Yes, we provide a full turnkey solution for your project from council engagement through to code of compliance certificate. If there is a part of the process you want to take care of yourself, let us know and we can discuss to factor out this task.
Yes, there is complete flexibility of external and internal configuration with plenty of product and material options to choose from. We can also help source products and materials that are not specified on our website.
Yes, we can include and organize solar packages and septic tank systems as part of your initial estimate for sites with restricted access to water and power services.
2: Flexible designs: Using TatraMod’s build modular system allow for flexibility into your homes design. Whether a single level 3-bedroom 2 modular sectioned home or a 3 leveled 10 sectioned modular custom-built home. Your only limited by your imagination to what Tatra Built Vic can build for you.
3: Energy Efficient: Using the latest the energy efficient and materials and designs Tatra Built Vic modular buildings can be built to achieve the minimum 6 star rating and if the client wishes we can build to a 10 star rating this is achieved by careful orientation of the building, and includes double or triple glazed windows, spray foam insulation ( this helps air seal the building) and the building requires minimal heating or cooling elements ( saving energy costs ) to keep home at comfortable temperature level. This adds up to huge savings over the life on the home.
4: Structural design: Tatra Built Vic has a revolutionary new structural chassis employed in all our modular buildings. Using a composite reinforced material, and 316 SS fixings we can eliminate all the following rust, rot, and termite attacks. These are all issues when using steel or timber construction in the modular building chassis. This system Composite materials have a non-serviceable life of 50 years min.!!
5: Extreme elements: The Australian climate has many extremes from high heat to harsh coastlines. So, to combat the extremes that the Australian environment throws at us. Tatramod has a new cladding system which uses brushed 316 stainless steel roofing and cladding profiles. This gives our clients, peace of mind that their new home will stand the test of time in any Australian location. The cost of this new roofing and cladding is compatible in price the Colourbond ultra-steel. We have several different profiles allowing for customization of your home.
